In advance of a blog post about how a technical team can make sure that it is working to back up an Ops team I have a few point to share. I used my MacBook Air and hadn’t figured out how to use a higher resolution (or how close to put my melon head to the camera) so bear with the quality – I’ll get better over time (I hope!).
